Sales Account Executive

Base salary plus commission

Position is a regional position, with remote national candidates considered. Employees in this role will develop new business and work with existing clients to provide sign consultation, deliver sign proposals and close business while working with our project manager, design, production, and installation teams to provide excellent service and quality products delivered to our clients

We are looking for a professional, energetic individual with the following skill set:

  • Ability to identify and call upon Executives who have influence over signage purchasing decision making
  • Identify markets and businesses who participate in national signage programs
  • Demonstrate an ability to sell regionally as well as nationally, both to program and custom projects
  • Communicate with various levels of customer base
  • Work with other departments, such as program management, designers, marketing, support services and other team members to deliver new accounts to Schlosser Signs
Duties Include:
  • Establish new business development strategies
  • Work with Sales Manager to help implement action plans upon receipt of RFIs, RPQs and RFPs
  • Product presentations
  • Independent networking within the industry
  • Work with independent estimator to generate estimates
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in selling high end products and/or services
  • Sign/Construction/ Media sales experience
  • Proven track record in Business-to-Business sales
  • Professional, polished appearance
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer skills and experience with Office
