We believe signage is a vital conduit for brand growth and recognition—a beacon that attracts and engages customers. CARLA SCHLOSSER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dreams don’t come true by doing nothing, and we really couldn’t tell you the last time we’ve seen Carla doing nothing. Without her tenacity, super sharp brain, and dedication to customer satisfaction, we would all be crammed in her garage (the birthplace of Schlosser Signs). But we’re not just grateful to have a killer 22,000 SF facility to work out of; we love having a leader who leads by example. Needless to say, we’re pretty darn fond of her.

ALEX SCHLOSSER

PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER

Over the past 25 years, Alex has built experience in just about every area of the sign industry, and we aren’t exaggerating. From being out in the field as an installer, service technician and installation manager to estimating, project management and sales, he’s never shied away from an opportunity to learn it all (while at one point rocking a mohawk). Between the roles he has served in and working with a diverse mix of projects, industries and clients, he knows how to bring success to any project. If “signage” was a Jeopardy category, he would dominate.

Jesse Simmons

Chief Operating Officer

Learn More

JESSE SIMMONS

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jesse is a jack of all trades and a master of a fair bit of them, too. From his time as a quantitative financial analyst to co-founding an elevator manufacturing company, he has the best stories and unmatched expertise in organizational management and business growth. While he may know many things, it’s rare to find Jesse sitting still; he is always somewhere, pushing himself and all of us to be curious, fearless, and to do our work with a sense of pride and excellence.

John Venette

Senior Accountant

JOHN VENETTE

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

John is the kind of person you want in your corner when a problem gets complicated (or messy). With years of experience across finance, accounting and manufacturing operations, he knows how to dig in, ask the right questions, and help the team land on clever, practical solutions. Around the office, he’s known for his punchy sense of humor and legendary laugh. When he’s not untangling numbers or fine-tuning processes, John is likely behind a grill, because great results, whether in business or barbecue, come down to experience, timing and knowing when to flip.

ROSE SCHLOSSER

CHIEF MARKETING
OFFICER

Xena Warrior Princess has nothing on Rose. While her background is in marketing, we’re pretty sure that’s a lie, and she’s secretly a warrior. We can’t even give her a title that truly captures her amazing spirit, super-smart brain, and her problem-solving prowess. So, Chief Marketing Officer it is! Rose innately sees the gaps in our processes and creatively and expertly crafts solutions to close them up. When she is not kicking butt, she is learning how to play the banjo and loving on her many fur (and feather) babies (oh, and her office looks like the Amazon Jungle too).

Fred Liske

Director of Sales

Learn More

FRED LISKE

DIRECTOR OF SALES

Fred Liske isn’t interested in “just selling signs,” and if you talk to him for more than five minutes, that becomes pretty clear. As Director of Sales, he’s building a team of problem-solvers—people who know how to listen, think critically, and deliver solutions that actually make an impact. His career has taken him across industries, from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial ventures, giving him a broad perspective on how strong organizations really work. Fred’s approach is simple: build great teams, stay curious, and focus on creating real value for the customer. The sign might be the final product, but for Fred, it’s never the whole story.

Brandon Hunter

Director of Manufacturing

BRANDON HUNTER

DIRECTOR OF
MANUFACTURING

Brandon Hunter isn’t built for standing still, and that shows up just as much in the shop as it does on a mountain. As Director of Manufacturing, he leads Schlosser’s production team with a focus on keeping things moving, improving how workflows, and making sure the operation can keep up when things start to pick up speed. He’s spent years building and scaling production environments, always pushing for something smoother, faster, and more dialed in.

When he’s not in the shop, he’s usually climbing, biking, snowboarding, or chasing something that involves a little momentum, which tracks, because slowing down isn’t really his thing.

Donald Shine

Director of Field Operations

Learn More

DONALD SHINE

DIRECTOR OF
FIELD OPERATIONS

Some people manage installs from a distance. Donald’s not one of them. As Director of Field Operations, he leads Schlosser’s Installation Department with a hands-on, figure-it-out approach that comes from years in construction trades and industrial environments. He’s the one making sure jobs are ready before crews arrive, problems get solved before they grow and installs actually come together the way they’re supposed to. If there’s a better way to build it, Donald’s probably already thinking about it.

Senior Project Manager

LAURA ALEXANDER

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

If you don’t believe superpowers are real, you should meet Laura. Her capacity to efficiently and successfully manage massive custom sign projects is jaw-dropping. With 30+ years of project management experience in the sign industry, her knowledge of signage is vast and deeply respected. Not only is she passionate about her work, but about people, too. Between customers, her direct reports, and the rest of us, her support and level of care are genuinely felt.

Amanda Dwight

Senior Project Manager

Learn More

AMANDA DWIGHT

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Schlosser Signs and Amanda were always just meant to be. Back in 2004, she cut her teeth in the world of construction as an office admin for Schlosser Signs. After some time of growing her experience and expertise in other areas of the industry, she returned as a Project Manager. Amanda is the quintessential Project Manager. Organized, a natural problem solver, and a persistent advocate for her assigned customers and projects, barriers to success are simply unacceptable to her. Also, not only does she have the skillset of a successful project manager, but the accessories too. She has the coolest binders and clipboards we’ve ever seen (seriously, they’re cool).

Mechelle Bowers

Project Manager

Learn More

MECHELLE BOWERS

PROJECT MANAGER

If you ask Mechelle what kind of sign she’d be, she won’t hesitate: bright neon. And honestly, that tracks. With 30+ years of project management experience across signage, operations, IT, and large-scale events, she brings a rare mix of intensity, clarity, and follow-through to everything she touches. Known to some as “M” and others as Wonder Woman (also tracks), Mechelle has a way of stepping into complex projects and making them feel clear, aligned, and entirely within reach. When she’s not keeping projects moving and teams aligned, you’ll likely find her at a concert, a festival, or out on a Harley, because sitting still just isn’t really her thing.

Coriel Lowery

Airport Project Manager

Learn More

CORIEL LOWERY

AIRPORT PROJECT MANAGER

Coriel feels pretty at home in airports, which works out, since she spends her days managing projects in them. As Airport Project Manager, she keeps timelines tight, teams aligned, and all the little details from wandering off mid-project. There are a lot of moving parts in airport work, but Coriel has a way of keeping everything headed in the same direction (preferably on time). When she’s not keeping projects on track, she’s probably planning her next trip, just with slightly fewer variables to manage.
