DESIGN

Our process begins with a collaborative design phase, where our sales department and design team work with you to craft the perfect custom signage package. Whether you’re starting with an existing design or need some inspiration from us, this step ensures your vision is transformed into an eye-catching sign that can stand the test of time.

SALES

The frontline warriors on our commitment to making sign-buying easy is our sales team. By using their (wildly) in-depth knowledge of custom signage they curate packages that include customized solutions that can include anything from a giant pylon sign, monument, or even an ADA package, which are custom tailored to your project’s unique needs making sure your ideas come to life and fall within your budget. No fluff, no guess-work. Just simple solutions to take your project from ideation to completion.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Just as sign design and creating the best custom sign package for your project have their own unique areas to address, the remaining steps in the process do too. We’re a niche industry, and we don’t expect you to know the ins and outs of it. Luckily, we have the smartest, most talented project managers in the sign industry to help guide you from the beginning of your project to your happily-ever-after. Fun fact: poor project management is typically the greatest contributing factor to failed projects. Okay, maybe that wasn’t “fun”, but still good to know! Seriously, a great project manager is the key to a successful result, they remove the stress and handle the day-to-day project details from day one leaving you confident and excited about your custom signage journey.

PERMITTING

While arguably not the most exciting step in creating and installing custom manufactured signs, permitting is (99% of the time) a necessary step. Our project managers work closely with our in-house team permitting technicians to handle this boring, sometimes complex, and (usually) lengthy process. But don’t worry, it’s fun for them, process-flows are their love-language!

MANUFACTURING

The level of attention to detail we pour into fabricating every custom sign project is phenomenal. We can do this only because of our amazingly talented craftsmen and women whose skills bring your designs to life. Starting with sourcing the best materials for the job, our fabricators are artists. Each of them has been carefully selected to bring a unique skillset and perspective to our business which ensures your creation will always be the one with the Main Character vibes. As a company we are always always staying on top of innovative processes and bringing in new, cutting-edge tools and equipment to do things other companies say are impossible.

INSTALLATION

While we’re biased and love EVERY step of our sign manufacturing process, we get really excited about installation. This is where the magic happens and we get to see your signs in their new home, capturing attention, and in the case of illuminated signs and electronic messaging centers, shining bright! AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

Do you remember the awesome bumper sticker that Forest Gump “helped create”: Stuff Happens (this is the PG version). Well, it’s true. While our signs are built to last, sometimes stuff happens, and a little TLC is needed to get your sign back to being its best version of itself. Luckily our signs are backed with a great warranty, and after it’s up we offer other solutions to maintain your signs too.
