Our signs are built to not only leave a lasting impression, but to last too. We love the work we do, and we fully stand behind it with a one-year full parts and labor warranty. On select projects we can also offer extended warranties for that warm and fuzzy peace of mind. But life has a funny way of being life, and for some reason it finds it amusing to hand us the unexpected. Signs are not immune to this, which is why even after your signage project is completed, we don’t disappear into the abyss! We offer an array of support options to all our customers to make sure life (or your customers) doesn’t catch your signs looking their worst.
The materials and processes we use to manufacture signs are advancing every day, to a point where signs require less frequent maintenance, including signs that incorporate LEDs. But that isn’t to say they won’t ever need maintenance. Just like any electrical system, having a peek inside on a semi-regular basis is simply a good idea.
One layer of support offered by Schlosser Signs is our limited warranty for signs manufactured and installed by our teams. One of our company’s core values is: We do what’s right (and own it when we mess up). That doesn’t just apply to our in-house operations, it extends to how we show up for our customers too. So, if any issues arise with our signs due to manufacturing or installation errors, we will take the necessary steps to resolve them. Once the warranty is up, we have other services and options we offer to keep your signs turning heads and attracting customers.
