Schlosser Signs Enters Into Agreement to Acquire Broomfield Sign Company
Schlosser Signs, Inc. Acquiring Broomfield Sign Company, Marking Another Major Milestone in Growth
WINDSOR, CO – August 7, 2025 — Schlosser Signs, Inc. (SSI) has signed a Letter of Intent and entered the due diligence phase to acquire Broomfield Sign Company (BSC). The deal is expected to close in Q3 of 2025. Terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed.
Following the company’s May 2025 expansion into a 100,000 square-foot facility, this move marks another significant step in SSI’s ongoing growth.
