I have worked with Schlosser Signs for several years and they are great to work with. Ed Dyas recently worked tirelessly to repair one of our digital displays that was damaged. He worked for an extended period on our project that included weekends (including Father’s Day) to make sure that our display was restored as soon as possible. His knowledge of the technology, his patience with the project, and his desire to complete the project for his customer was remarkable. With his hard work and dedication, our display was restored before the MLB All-Star Game. His professionalism and optimism continued the entire time we worked together. The professionalism of the folks there that we worked with was excellent. They did what they said they were going to do. They delivered the product on time and on budget. As far as the quality of the sign, I know that it’s won national awards. I know that it met what the original vision was. A lot of times what you have in your mind and what ends up being built are two different things. What we had in our mind is what got built. I couldn’t be more pleased, not just with the sign and the quality of it and the recognition that it’s created for us. If I do another development they’ll be the people that I’m calling.

I enjoyed working with Patrick very much. He was very knowledgeable about the sign industry and about the products I was looking to create. He was very available by phone when I needed to have a conversation with him about any changes or updates. The company came through and delivered my product on time even though they were way over scheduled and over booked they still made everything happen and our grand opening went without hitch. Patrick and the entire company did whatever needed to be done to have a perfect product delivered and installed on schedule.

Immanuel Lutheran Church and School hired Schlosser Signs to design, build, and install a monument sign at our new property. the sign we agreed upon was completed in 2009. Their pricing was very competitive and the design included some nice custom shaping as well as an electronic messaging board. We have been very pleased with the presence of this sign over the last year. The sign has really helped to keep our church in the public eye. Jim Hanson was very knowledgeable and helpful in working out the details, making the sign project go as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to use Schlosser Signs again in the future.

Just a quick note about our experiences with Schlosser Signs. I had worked with them before on a previous project and even though the previous experience was outstanding I did, of course, put this job up for bid. Not only did they bring the project in very competitively, they were able to complete the signs (two 3 dimensional 5’ X 10’) within just a couple of weeks. Collaborating with the crew on the design couldn’t have been easier and the results were beyond my expectations. In other words, it looks way better than I thought for the price. As for permits and installation, smooth is the best way to describe that process. Everything was done on schedule and without a single hiccup. Schlosser /Jim have handled signage for KeyPoint Government Solutions on 2 occasions (the first under our previous company name) and in each instance I felt I was treated in a manner that was friendly and helpful as well as professional. Carla, the owner, calls me sometimes if there’s something going on on a project that she wants to know about and the project management team has really stepped up to provide good communication to me when needed.

Their service is good. We’ve found them to be a good company to work with because they’ve dealt with our artwork and stuff and as long as I feel like they’re competitive in the marketplace, I only get one quote and that’s from Schlosser… They’re super responsive and if there’s a punch list item or something that I don’t like they’re quick to get on it and do what they need to do.

They are excellent at what they do and I think they’re one of the best in the community for high-quality signage, response time, and availability. One of the things that sets them apart is they’re invested in community, they care about the community they do business in. The other thing I’d say is, that they really feel like a local company and I think that makes a big difference to a lot of people. They know they’re working with somebody from this community.
